Quick Low-Cal Yogurt Dessert

Hubby and I are always on the lookout for quick and easy food and dessert (low-cal is just a bonus) ideas. Here’s one that we make many nights out of the week when you need a little something sweet but don’t necessarily want a bowl of ice cream.

Nutty Yogurt Bliss

“Amazing low-cal, easy to make dessert!”

Total Time:
Yield: 1 container (6 servings)

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups yogurt (greek yogurt is best)
1 cup pecans
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
Fruit of your choice
Almond slices (optional)

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients (except Toppings) in a blender until smooth.
  • Top with garnish/fruit of your choice.
  • Eat and Enjoy!
